RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We at Junior Drake want you to be completely content with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact Junior Drake to apply for a return or exchange of the unused item, in its original condition, with its original packaging, and proof of purchase, within 30 days of your purchase.
 
**All sale and discounted items are final and subject to limited availability.

There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the date of your order.

Please allow two to three weeks to process all refunds and exchanges.
Junior Drake reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

INSTRUCTIONS

For all returns and exchanges please email customerservice@juniordrake.com. Please note that no returns or exchanges will be processed without a return Authorization Number (RA) this number, or if the purchase has exceeded the 30 day grace period.

When your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges upon receipt of item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for refund to be credited.

For exchanges, once the item is received and approved the exchange of your new order will be shipped FedEx. You can access further information on our “Terms & Conditions” page.

**Please note that returns are up to the discretion of Junior Drake, and are only accepted when the item is returned in its original condition. No items will be accepted with out prior approval and Return Authorization Number. This policy does not supersede Junior Drake’s Terms & Conditions.

Original Shipping cost will not be refunded.
