RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at Junior Drake want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact It’s the Girl by Junior Drake to apply for a return or exchange of the unused item, in its original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase, within 30 days of your purchase. We will only return or exchange product purchased on www.juniordrake.com. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
All sale, discounted and outlet items are final sale and subject to limited availability.
Price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise are not allowed.
There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we'll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the date of your order.
JUNIOR DRAKE PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We at Junior Drake stand behind the quality of our product. We will repair free of charge any damaged item within six months of your purchase. You must provide proof of purchase for this service. After the six months there is a shipping and handling charge of $50.00 for each item submitted for repair. We take all major credit cards. Junior Drake reserves the right to modify its product guarantee at any time.
For all returns, exchanges and repairs please email email@example.com. Our customer service team will gladly help you. When your return, exchange or repair is approved you will be issued an RMA and RMA number, please include a copy of this RMA with your return for tracking purposes. Items will not be processed without an RMA number issued by Junior Drake, Inc.
For returns, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges upon receipt of item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for refund to be credited. Please note that all returns are up to the discretion of Junior Drake, and are only accepted when the item is returned in its original condition.
For exchanges, once the item is received and approved the exchange of your new order will be shipped FedEx Ground. Please allow two to three weeks processing time.
For repairs, once the item is received the item will be sent for repair. Once the item is repaired it will be send back to you via FedEx Ground. Please note that it takes 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your damaged item for processing.
For items being sent to our Returns Department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS.
